This third generation family business goes back to 1919. Joseph
and Elizabeth Valvo took over the reins in 1955. Their daughter
Susan now manages the store, while son Stephen is in charge of
transportation .

Owner Joseph Valvo agrees that the chocolate business and statuary business may seem worlds apart, until you consider the fact that both are made from molds. His ideas and creations are responsible for the store's success.
